Pair of small porcelain hand decorated Imari palace shaped vases. The body of each piece has a panel on either side depicting a vase on a low table holding an arrangement of flowers. The decoration is in underglaze blue, overpainted iron red and gold enamels. The flared rim is decorated in iron red and gold. [7.25" h x 3.5" top dia.] Japan, Meiji Period, c. 1880.
