"The Tantalus" as marked on the top side panel. The original brass plate on the front base is engraved with "TIFFANY". The wood is oak with brass mounts and original key. The locking mechanism is unique. The two matching heavy crystal decanters have large faceted stoppers. The Betjemmens, London patent mark is on the upper side panel.
