American three mold glass epergne from the French word for saving. It was used as a centerpiece to hold any type of food or dessert. The six removeable baskets have ground bottoms and applied handles [see thumbnail]. The glass has a remarkable crystal clarity. [H-14"][DIA-10"] American, c. 1890
